There is no coffee machine or water boilers to make tea in room!
You should primarily depend on your self to take luggage to and from your room.
Price is high for the rooms and services available.
The hotel does not provide universal power adapters to guests despite the fact the hotel is near JFK airport with many international travelers!
No slippers provided in the room at arrival!
Close to JFK international airport, about 2.5 km only.
Complimentary shuttle buses from and to JFK airport.
Early check-in is possible if rooms are available.
HVAC is working fine.

Great
We had 4 suite cases and found the elevators a bit too small to hold the trolley. Landing area after the elevator is narrow for this size hotel. Can you expand the food menu on offer?
The room and the facilities are excellent and exceptionally clean. Excellent location for an airport hotel. Great shuttle to the airport

1) no air in the room. Had to call a repair person at 10:39 at night. The room was very stuffy and bad smelling
2) crumbs of something left all over the carpet. Carpet was wet in a large spot with unidentified liquid
3) showerhead shoots water up to the ceiling, soaking the floor, ceiling, and toilet area
4) Room service charged me for an avocado kale salad but only sent 1/2 sliced avocado. Too tired after 18 hrs of flying to complain

The hotel served its purpose a good night sleep before an early flight
We were disappointed as it was more like a Holiday inn in appearance and facilities but a lot more expensive
We booked the Crown Plaza we expecting to have a romantic last night in NY, having stayed at Crown Plaza Heathrow we expected similar facilities
They are like chalk and cheese rather .
The food and early morning service was really second rate.
The restaurant was not open till 6 pm
We wanted to eat early so ate in the bar as did not serve anything different – so was not worth waiting for.
The menu was very limited and the food was really mediocre
I was warned by the barman that what I had ordered may not be that good but I did not understand what he meant until it arrived.
Early morning -The first shuttle is 6.00 am here but there are no early morning breakfast facilities there is coffee in the rooms if you want to get up in time to make it and there is a shop in the lobby with food to purchase (we did not use it)
This is a typical airport hotel
Nice spacious rooms and a really good sized shower
The room was well appointed
Proper cups and glasses were a nice change to the plastic that seem to be the norm now
Free Wi-Fi was a bonus and was of good strength.
The beds were comfy and we found our room 613 nice and quiet
Shuttle to airport takes minutes so was really good for the early flight we had to take

Rooms were big however our room didn’t have the main lights working. We also had the bedside drawer opening up so we needed to find some paper to wedge in the drawer.
Registering took ages. Staff decided to go for a toilet break but didn’t bother to come back as quickly as she could.

Perfect in every imaginable way!
Everything was great – this hotel exceeded our expectations!
The fact that the staff was so ready to provide the additional essentials that we requested. When we booked the room all that was available was a king bed. The hotel apparently assumes that a king bed is for one person. There were two of us and there initially was only one wash cloth in the room and one bottle of water. We requested an additional bottle of water and an additional wash cloth – they provided three additional wash cloths and several additional towels as well as additional water. Thank you staff for you readiness to provide us with the additional essentials we requested!
